MACHINE LEARNING TEAM PROJECTS HACKATHONS

Should I learn now… or later?

Learning is a universal skill/trait that is acquired by any living organism on this planet. Learning is defined by: the acquisition of knowledge or skills through experience, study, or by being taught.

Learning makes you happier. Studies have shown that the more ambitious goals we set, the happier we are, especially when we achieve them. Personal development is a way to guarantee us serenity from within. The capacity to learn is a gift; the ability to learn is a skill; the willingness to learn is a choice.

FUTURE ACTION PLAN

After some decent understanding of machine learning basics, now I'm moving to natural language processing. Not only have I started natural language processing specialization from DeepLearning.ai, but I also have been working on a hands-on project. After this, I plan to move to deep learning & from there, I plan to go for augmented reality and deep learning.

KNOWN CONCEPT

We’re in the age where machines are no different. Machine Learning is still fairly a new concept. We can teach machines how to learn and some machines can even learn on its own. I have worked with on some basic machine learning projects & tried to understand what's happening behind the code.

Think of it as a website built using web technologies but that acts and feels like an app. A machine learning model is useless, until & unless it's deployed. So, for that Web-application using Flask plays a vital role. Using Flask, I have deployed some machine learning models with computer vision.

Along side data, it's the game designing that fascinates me. I have been learning game development using unreal engine. Moreover, it requires the basics of object oriented programming in C++, so I'm able to apply the concepts of inheritence & abstract classes in the unreal engine, giving me real world exposure.

Ishan Sethi

Keeps on learning something new.
Pursing B.Tech in CSE with specialization in artifical intelligence & machine learning (2nd year) from SRM Institute of Science and Technology. I chose this field of study because I’ve always been interested in computer & data, & when I came to know about machine learning I was fascinated by it.
I have been working on some projects own my own. Now, I think I'm capable enough to work in the industry & get some experience from the experts. This position seems like a great opportunity to advance those skills I just talked about, and continue building my career and challenging myself.
